1) Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing time refers to internal order handling, verification, packing, and preparation prior to hand-off to the carrier.

2) Carriers & Delivery

AzouTrade INC primarily fulfills shipments through DHL.
Based on operational requirements or destination, UPS or an alternative carrier may be used.

Delivery timelines are carrier-dependent and may vary by region, routing availability, customs clearance, and seasonal volume.
Estimated delivery ranges shown at checkout are informational only and not guaranteed arrival dates.

3) Sanctioned / Restricted Regions

If an order is associated with a location, jurisdiction, or entity subject to sanction restrictions, export control regulations, high-risk routing classification, or carrier delivery prohibition, AzouTrade INC reserves the unilateral right to cancel the order and issue a direct refund back to the original payment method without prior notice.

Final determination is made at our discretion.

4) Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided by email once the shipment is dispatched.
Tracking status and updates are based on third-party carrier data availability.

5) Delivery Confirmation & Liability

Once a parcel is marked “delivered” by the carrier tracking system, it is considered fulfilled.
AzouTrade INC is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery scan.

Lost parcels occurring before delivery scan will be reviewed in coordination with the carrier, based on available tracking evidence.

6) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring address accuracy at checkout.
Orders shipped to incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

8) Customs & Regulatory Clearance
