AzouTrade INC accepts returns and refunds under clearly defined conditions to protect customer rights and ensure product integrity. Order identification is mandatory for any request.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking page. Returned items must remain unused and unaltered, have no stains, odor, tear, or man-made damage, must include original packaging, labels, inserts, and accessories in full, and must be approved by AzouTrade INC before shipment back. Requests submitted beyond 14 days may be reviewed under after-sales support standards (e.g., repair, exchange, partial remedy) rather than standard return/refund eligibility. Customers are required to read our return instructions and confirm the return procedure before shipping any item back.

All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization (RMA) issued by AzouTrade INC. Before approval, customers must submit the order number and buyer contact information, photos or videos showing overall product and the issue/condition (multiple angles if applicable), and the reason for return and preferred resolution if any. Unauthorized returns (items sent back without RMA) may be rejected or not processed.

Upon approval, our system will assign a designated warehouse and provide the correct return address in the return instruction. The assigned warehouse is automatically matched based on the customer’s region and purchase information to improve efficiency and accuracy. Products must not be shipped back before receiving the return instruction. Shipments to non-designated addresses may be refused.

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. AzouTrade INC does not provide prepaid labels or arrange pickup. Customers must use a trackable service and keep the tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return parcels prior to our receipt scan.

Returned products must be packed in their original packaging with all labels and accessories included. External protection such as padding or an outer box must be added to prevent transit damage. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient repacking may be deemed ineligible.

Upon arrival at the designated warehouse, returned items undergo quality inspection. We accept items that are unused, unaltered, clean, and complete with packaging, tags, and accessories, and reject items that are used, stained, altered, missing parts or tags, or showing odor, smoke, pet hair, or any non-saleable condition. Photographic records may be taken during inspection for dispute resolution.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed after the return has arrived, passed inspection, and been approved. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for our internal processing after approval, plus your payment institution’s standard settlement time which may require an additional 5 to 10 business days depending on the provider. No alternative refund channels (no cash, remittance to other accounts, or third-party wallets) will be provided.

If identical inventory is available, exchanges may be offered as a preferred solution. If not available, we may offer a refund, partial credit, or a value-equivalent item per customer confirmation.

Items used or worn, washed, showing odor, stains, tears, items with removed or damaged tags or missing accessories, and items modified or altered by the customer are not eligible for return. Unauthorized returns without RMA or returns shipped to incorrect addresses may also be rejected.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, outer box, and shipping label. After review, we will guide you to replacement or refund as appropriate.

For bundles and sets, all items must be returned together unless otherwise approved. If a return affects a promotion or discount, the refunded amount may be recalculated based on the actual kept items and the final order value.

If a return parcel is lost before our warehouse receipt scan and tracking is unavailable, the case may be ineligible. Refused or unclaimed returns due to incorrect addressing or lack of RMA may also be rejected.

We reserve the right to decline or limit service for abusive return behavior, fraudulent claims, or patterns indicating misuse of the policy. To initiate a return, email info@azoutrade.store with subject “Return Request — Order #XXXX”, attach the order number, reason, photos or videos, and wait for the RMA approval and designated warehouse address. Refunds will be processed only after warehouse inspection and approval.
